Grand Hyatt Bogota

This is an outstanding, amazing 5-star luxury hotel that would cost much, much more per night if located in an American city in my home state of Florida like Miami, Orlando, or Tampa. The on-site restaurants are top notch, the buffet breakfast was incredible, and the spa experience was outstanding. It is also located in a great, safe area of Bogota with concierge services and convenient access to tourist attractions. I would highly recommend this hotel for a long weekend or weeklong romantic getaway for two to visit Colombia's capital city and surrounding areas.

The staff above everything else is what stood out to me. Especially the person I spoke to in the concierge lounge on the 13th floor. With that being said, the hotel is one of the nicest I’ve been to. And provide many amenities that will make your stay one to remember.

We stayed here for a day and night on our way back from La Paz. This was our second time. We paid a little extra for a room upgrade so that we could check-in early in the morning. Our room was modern, very spacious, clean and comfortable. There was also a fantastic view of the city. The toiletries were very nice. The breakfast buffet was excellent - diverse, fresh and delicious. Room service was great. We enjoyed dinner at the Japanese restaurant on the top floor. The pool/sauna/gym complex is fantastic. The staff are very friendly and helpful. We also had one of the best massages of our lives at the spa.

Unfortunately, my time in Bogotá was only for one night, I was not able to see the pool or the breakfast facilities, but the room was incredible, the hotel meet my expectations, the shopping center just two blocks away makes the stay at this hotel even better.
